WOW!!! I never though my car would ever be the same again. I am so surprise of rhe outcome of the repair. I was kept informed of the repairs throughout the process. I had the best experience working with Orlando Certified Collision. The Manager Luis was very knowledgeable, had great communication and tried to complete the work the soonest to avoid the stress of not having my car. This is the best service and experience I've received from a body shop.
Luis communicated directly with my insurance and pushed so they would cover manufacturer parts given my car is new instead of aftermarket which they often tend to do without our knowledge. I was never in the blind, receiving continual updates and the results speak for themselves, I can't tell there was ever a fender bender.
The body shop is new which is certainly a plus but also very well organized and clean. I've been to body shops before and it's nothing like this, they're normally dirty and hard to be in, but not Orlando Certified Collision. I highly recommend it!!
